Image composed in Photoshop using Levels, blur, curves, hue saturation...

Adding to what Joel taught us last night... I just wanted to show how the use of adjustment layers such as levels, hue saturation, blur, and so on could tie your whole project together...

This image is composed of 5 different elements and adjusted to look like they were all captured at the same time and the same place...

these are the images I used...

  1. Haha, nice! I remember doing crazy stuff like that during ART 200. I put a dog head on a cop's body - that was one of my faves. Maybe that's what I should do for my backgrounds - use real images!

  2. sure... you could totally incorporate images and make them look like painted images. I can show you tomorrow.

  3. I did something similar for my zombie concept piece. I took images from cgtextures.com and put them together, worked on the lighting, added blur and then a filter or two. It looks pretty okay, I think :)
